Texas Cinnamon Roll which was recently voted Pastry of the Year by the
readers of Automatic Merchandiser. We are a company that is committed

looking to introduce new flavors and unique items that help us to stand
apart and keep us at the top. Others imitate our items but never duplicate
our quality. When it comes to morning pastry, we are 2nd to none.
Frito-Lay, Inc. Is Formed In 1945, the Frito Company granted
H.W. Lay & Company an exclusive franchise to manufacture and distribute
FRITOS® Corn Chips in the Southeast. As the two companies worked
toward national distribution, a close business affiliation developed
which eventually resulted in a merger. In September 1961, just 29 years
after the founding of both companies, The Frito Company and H.W. Lay & Company
merged to become Frito-Lay, Inc., the largest snack selling company in
the United States.

for Frito-lay, Inc. and Pepsi-Cola announced a plan for the merger of
the two companies. On June 8, 1965, the merger of Frito-Lay and Pepsi-Cola
Company was approved by shareholders of both companies, and a new company
called PepsiCo, Inc. was formed. At the time of the merger, Frito-Lay
owned 46 manufacturing plants nationwide, had more than 150 distribution

1893. The beverage was served from the soda fountain in his drugstore
and later renamed Pepsi Cola in 1898 after the pepsin and cola nuts
used in the recipe. In 1898, Caleb Bradham wisely bought the trade name "Pep
Cola" for $100 and the new name was trademarked on June 16th, 1903.
